Born in Positano, Italy, Antica Sartoria is a leading brand in Italian beachwear with a beautiful story to tell. In the 1960s, local traders took notice of the growing market for “moda positano” among tourists who would flock to the sunny island from colder climates, but without the right attire. During one of his visits to Positano, Giacomo Cinque expressed his love for art of embroidery creating unique patterns.Today, together with Riccardo Ruggiti, he runs the Antica Sartoria, a resortwear fashion brand that aims to spread Positano's culture and spirit throughout the world.
