Do you accept returns and exchanges?

You may return / exchange your item/s FREE of charge. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date and processed within 30 days. Items to be returned / exchanged must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Sale items that are purchased cannot be returned. Purchases of items marked as Sale items are deemed final.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
3. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.

How to Return / Exchange Your Item:

Securely pack your merchandise with the original packaging and corresponding tags. Be sure to complete and include the Return / Exchange form with the item/s.  All shipping charges when the product is returned to us as well as when it is returned to you again will be of your responsibility.

E-mail info@wheretwofindme.com with the Subject: “Return / Exchange” inclusive of photos of the package and its contents.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (processed via Paypal) , Paypal funds for payments and Bank Deposits for payments.

Do you accept international orders?
No, at the moment we do not accept delivery to addresses outside of the Philippines. We do, however, accept international purchases as long as these are to be delivered to a Philippine address.
Where are your products from?

All our pieces are from Europe.

What are your products made of?

Our pieces are made from 100% of the finest fabrics, from cottons to linens.

What are the care instructions?

Each of our pieces is unique, and must be cared for in a way specific to its design. Handwash or Dry Clean. Do not tumble dry. Cool Iron. Do not iron on beading.

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping with Where Two Find Me is easy.

Click on SHOP to view our selection of tops, dresses, and cover ups. To narrow down your selections further, you may click on one of our more specific classifications.

After you make your selection, choose your size and quantity, and then add it to the cart.

If you are already finished shopping, you can then go to your CART and PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. Fill up the checkout form including your shipping and billing address, including coupon codes if you have any.

Select the method of payment you wish to use for the order

Pay for order via Paypal using your credit card or Paypal funds. You do not need to create or have a Paypal account to make payment via Paypal.

Once the order has been completed. you may check your email for updates regarding your order.

Pay for order via Bank Deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the required details.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping nationwide for orders PHP 2,000 and above. For orders below PHP 2,000, we charge a small shipping fee.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of orders. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery within Metro Manila and 4-8 days for provincial delivery.

When do you process orders?

Orders are processed daily until 12PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 12PM cut-off (Monday to Friday), on weekends and during holidays are processed on the next business day.

When should I expect to receive my package?

Orders are sealed and delivered within 2-4 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 4-8 business days for areas outside Metro Manila. Delivery of your items will be coursed through our partner courier/s.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with an order tracking number via e-mail so you may check your order delivery status via the designated courier website. 

Can I make changes to an open order?

Once you have received a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return your purchase, you may contact us at info@wheretwofindme.com. Click here to view our Return/Exchange Policy.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes. Where Two Find Me has a gift provision. Be sure to select the "Send this order as a gift" option upon checkout. Upon check-out, a customer may input a different recipient for the item he/she will purchase. The full Order Invoice will be sent to the customer who paid for the item but a Gift Invoice will be sent to the recipient of the item. The recipient may use the Gift Invoice if he/she wants to return/exchange the item.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will only charge your credit card once the order has been processed and are then prepared for shipping. Zeus.ph will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed.

How do I use my promo code?

During checkout, be sure to specify the promo code you wish to use with your order. Please be sure to enter the promo code correct to ensure that any discounts associated with the promo code will be applied to your order. Note that promo codes are case-sensitive.

How do I search for a product?

You may type in the name, brand, price or type of product you are looking for at the Search tab found in the upper-right hand corner of the page. If you are not familiar with the details of the product you are looking for you may use the main online store navigation to shop by categories and brands.

What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?

Please contact us if you wish to purchase an item that is no longer in stock.

Do I need to register / create an account to make a purchase?

No. Where Two Find Me has a guest check-out feature which allows a customer to buy from the site without requiring customer to register.

How do I pay for my order via Bank Deposit?

Once you have selected Bank Deposit as your payment method, you will be instructed to deposit your CASH payment at any BPI (Bank of the Philippines) branch nationwide.
